This package is perfect for the couple who’s done the planning but wants professional support to bring it all together. We’ll help finalize the details and ensure your vision is flawlessly executed—so you can be fully present and enjoy your day.
We’ll plan to meet 8 weeks before your wedding to finalize the logistics of your wedding day. From there, we take the reins on event day management—including rehearsals, final prep, set up, vendor communication, and onsite coordination.
Our experienced planners are calm under pressure, quick on their feet, and there exactly when you need us—no minimum hours required.
Partial Planning
Perfect for the couple who’s already started planning but realizes they want expert support to bring it all together, this package lets us jump in wherever you are and guide you to the finish line.
You’ll get unlimited email access to your planner, monthly virtual check-ins, and full access to our planning tools—including a budget tracker, guest list manager, and a custom planning checklist tailored to your wedding date. We’ll assist with vendor sourcing, budget creation and tracking, organize all your contracts and planning files, and provide design support with custom mood boards. Plus, this package includes everything from our Wedding Day Management service—and more!
Full Service Planning + Design
Planning a wedding should be exciting—not overwhelming! This all-in package is for the couple who wants a true partner-in-planning from start to finish. We’re here to make the process feel like a celebration every step of the way—helping you make confident decisions, stay organized, and actually enjoy the journey to “I do.”
You’ll get unlimited planning and design meetings, help finding and booking your dream vendors, and access to all our planning tools (think: budget trackers, guest list managers, custom checklists—you name it!). We’ll keep your files in order, track your budget, and bring your design ideas to life. Plus, everything from our Wedding Day Management package is included.
